12-hour slow cooked smoked pulled pork in BBQ sauce with homemade red cabbage slaw, served in a brioche bun.


Pulled Beef
12-hour slow cooked smoked shredded beef brisket in BBQ sauce with homemade red cabbage slaw, served in a brioche bun.

Smoked Portobello Mushroom (V)

Served with melted Monterey Jack smoked cheese, rocket and aioli in a brioche bun.



Dirty Fries - Skinny fries with pulled pork and cheese.

Barbecued on a plank of cedar wood enriched with all those smoky flavours with a thyme and lemon zest.

Chicken Club Burger

Smoked chicken breast, finished on the barbecue with

smoky bacon, served in a brioche bun with homemade slaw

and chipotle mayonnaise.


Halloumi Burger (V)

Barbecued halloumi slices served with crunchy homemade

slaw, served in a brioche bun with fresh salad and chilli sauce.
